The agreement between you and Juan Castro when you use 6qcn0n-kc.myshopify.com or place an order with us.

Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms.

Two parties. One agreement.

We are Juan Castro, a U.S.-based clothing and accessories store. You are anyone visiting the site or placing an order. These Terms bind both sides.

Adults only.

You must be 18 or older — or have a parent or guardian's permission — and legally able to enter a contract under U.S. law.

Your login is yours to protect.

If you create an account, the credentials are your responsibility. Activity under your login is treated as yours. Report anything suspicious to castrojuan121@outlook.com or +1 651-283-3080 immediately.

No contract until we confirm.

A submitted order is your offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is our acceptance. The contract exists only from the moment we send that email.

We may say no.

Before we send the confirmation, we may decline an order. Common reasons: the item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, the order looks fraudulent, or the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

The checkout price is the price.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time. But the price you saw at checkout is the price we honor for that specific order.

Obvious errors don't count.

If a product is displayed at a clearly wrong price — a typo, a decimal in the wrong spot — we may cancel rather than fulfill at the error. Full refund every time.

Pay at checkout.

Use any of the payment methods offered. By submitting, you confirm you're authorized to use the method.

Shipping and returns live in their own docs.

The Shipping Policy governs how we ship. The Return and Refund Policy governs how returns work. Both are part of these Terms.

We describe products honestly.

Real photos, real measurements, real materials. Small variations in color, texture, or fit — from screens or natural materials — are part of the character, not defects.

Our content is protected.

Text, photos, illustrations, code, layout, and the "Juan Castro" name — all ours or licensed to us. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

Browse. Share. Don't republish.

You may browse the site, share links, and save pages for personal reference. You may not, without written consent, reproduce our content commercially, use our brand in your business, scrape or mirror the site, or modify or redistribute any part of it.

Play fair on the site.

Don't use it for anything illegal. Don't try to compromise it. Don't send malware or spam. Don't use bots or scrapers without our permission. Don't impersonate anyone. Break these rules and you're out.

"As is" — with your rights intact.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent U.S. law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. Your statutory consumer rights are entirely unaffected.

Direct claims capped. Indirect losses excluded.

Our maximum liability for a direct claim is the amount you paid for the product at issue. We aren't liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost time, hypothetical damages.

Access ends if you breach.

We may end your access to the site at any time for any breach of these Terms.

U.S. law governs.

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where our business is registered. Any lawsuit belongs in those courts.

Terms can evolve.

We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect on publication. Continued use = acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date at the bottom.
